Christine Cross - Church Service and Burial.
A Church Service, conducted by the Rev. Alan Baines, was held at 01.00pm on Tuesday 5thJuly at St Luke’s Church, Kingsthorpe, Northampton, for Marian Christine Cross.
The service was very well attended, with family, friends, neighbours, work collegue’s etc. The hymns were: ‘The Lord’s my shepherd, I’ll not want’, and, ‘The Day Thou Gavest, Lord, is ended.’
The burial took place at 02.00pm at Kingsthorpe Cemetary. And the weather remained fine throughout.
A reception was arranged at the St Crispin’s Social Club, Berrywood Road, Duston, afterwards, for those who wished to attend, and a warm welcome was extended to all.
