HEAVEN AND EARTH

 

Heaven and Earth.

 

This is basically mashed potato

(earth) and apple (heaven),  and is

quite delicious.

 

For 2 persons.

Mix 12oz mashed potato's (butter

only) with 3oz Stewed cooking apple.

I think this works well.

Try it with sausages,  pork or black

pudding.
